Reviewing and managing requests on a phone

Clients often open a review link on their phone, so every File Approved page works on a small screen: the review link you send, the read-only team view, your own request page and your dashboard.

The file comes first. On a phone the page stacks from top to bottom: the request name, the strip of files if there is more than one, then the file itself using the full width of the screen. PDFs fit to the width of the phone, so a page is readable without pinching.

Feedback sits in a bar at the bottom. It is labeled Feedback and shows how many comments there are. Tap it to open the comments to about half the screen, with the file still visible above, and tap it again to put it away.

Reviewers keep their decision buttons. On the review link, Approve and Request Revisions stay on screen whether the feedback bar is open or closed, so a client can sign off from their phone without hunting for the button.

On your dashboard, the folder list moves into a menu you open with the menu icon, search takes the full row, and the plus button starts a new request. Request names wrap onto a second line instead of being cut off.

A larger screen is still more comfortable for detailed work such as drawing annotations on a video frame, but nothing in the review needs a computer.
