Downloading all files at once as a ZIP

When a request has more than one file, you can download all of them at once as a single ZIP instead of saving them one by one.

Where to find it: Click the small arrow next to the Download button, then choose "Download all as ZIP". The same option appears in all three places a request can be opened: your own request page, the review link you send to a client, and the read-only team view link.

If a request has only one file, there is no dropdown and the Download button saves that file directly.

The ZIP is built in your browser, so nothing is stored on our servers and no extra copy of your files is created. Larger requests take a moment: the button shows a progress bar while the files are collected and the archive is packed. Video files are the slowest, since the whole file has to be downloaded before it can be added.

The archive is named after your request, or after the first file if the request has no name. If two files happen to share a name, the second one gets a number added so nothing is silently overwritten inside the ZIP.

If one file cannot be collected, the rest are still saved and a short message tells you how many were left out. You can then download those individually from the same dropdown, which also lists every file by name.

Watermarks still apply. If you turned on watermarked downloads for the request, images in the ZIP carry your watermark exactly as they do for a single download.

A few things that affect whether the option appears: reviewers and team viewers only see it when "Reviewer downloads" is turned on for that request, and it is hidden while you are looking at an older version, because downloads always apply to the current version of a file.
