How does the approval certificate work?
When a client clicks the Approve button on a review page, File Approved generates a timestamped approval certificate recording the reviewer name, approval time, file name, and version number. This certificate serves as a written record of sign-off and can be used to resolve payment disputes or revision scope disagreements.
What file types can I upload for client review?

Commenting on a specific line of text
When a reviewer opens a text-based file, a script, a CSV, a JSON export, a config file or a code file, every line is numbered. Feedback can be attached to one exact line instead of describing where the problem is.
For reviewers: hover the line you want to talk about and click the comment icon that appears next to its number. Type your note and click Comment. The line is highlighted and your comment appears in the sidebar tagged with its line number.
For creators: comments carry a teal "Line 42" badge in the sidebar. Click one and the viewer scrolls straight to that line and highlights it. The same badges appear on a public view link, so anyone you share the file with sees exactly which line each note is about.
The file is never edited. A line comment points at the text, it does not change it, so what your reviewer sees is always the file you uploaded.
Line numbers and word wrap: use the two icons in the top right of the viewer to turn line numbers off, or to wrap long lines instead of scrolling sideways. Your choice is remembered in that browser. Turning line numbers off does not turn commenting off, the comment icon still appears when you hover a line.
Line comments are tied to the version of the file that was on screen when they were left. If you upload a new version, comments on the old one stay with the old one, which keeps feedback about a line that has since moved from pointing at the wrong text.
