What file types are supported?
The following file types are supported:
Video (MP4, MOV, WebM): full player with timecodes, frame annotations, and scrubbing.
Images (JPG, PNG, GIF animated, WebP, HEIC/HEIF): zoomable viewer with annotation support. HEIC files are automatically converted for preview in-browser.
Documents (PDF): built-in PDF viewer with page navigation and annotations.
Audio (MP3, WAV, AAC, M4A, OGG): audio player with scrubber and timecoded comments.
Office documents (Word .docx, Excel .xlsx, PowerPoint .pptx): viewed via Google Docs viewer.
Open Document and data files (.odt, .ods, .odp, .rtf, .csv, .xml): upload, preview and download like any other document.
Code and text files: syntax-highlighted code viewer for common languages and plain text, with line numbers, a word wrap toggle, and the option for reviewers to comment on a specific line.
CAD and engineering files (DWG, DXF, IFC, RVT, RFA, NWC, NWD, STEP, IGES): in-browser 3D/2D viewer powered by Autodesk. Requires the Engineering & Architecture add-on (Pro plan).
Formats without an in-browser preview (PSD, AI, TIFF, EPS): these upload, store and download perfectly well, they just cannot be shown in the viewer. Your reviewer sees a clear message and a download button rather than a broken image, and can still comment and approve.
Archives and executables (.zip, .exe and similar) are refused on upload.
