How does the approval certificate work?
When a client clicks the Approve button on a review page, File Approved generates a timestamped approval certificate recording the reviewer name, approval time, file name, and version number. This certificate serves as a written record of sign-off and can be used to resolve payment disputes or revision scope disagreements.
What file types can I upload for client review?

What is in the email when someone leaves feedback
When a reviewer leaves feedback, File Approved emails you the comments themselves, so you can read them without opening the app.
Each comment shows who wrote it, which file it was about, and where it applies: a timestamp for video and audio, a page number for PDFs, or a marker for a pinned comment.
For video comments, the email also shows a still of the frame the comment is about, captured at that exact timestamp. Some email apps block images until you allow them, so if you see a blank space, choose to display images. The timestamp is always written out next to the comment either way.
Emails are batched. Comments left within a few minutes of each other arrive as one email rather than one per comment, so a reviewer working through a file does not fill your inbox.
If a round has more than 20 comments, the email shows the first 20 and tells you how many more there are.
When a reviewer approves a file, the email says so and carries the approval receipt as a PDF attachment. It is the same certificate you can download from the request page, with the same certificate ID.
The "Approved by" line on the receipt shows what your reviewer filled in at the identity fields. If you asked for two fields, both appear, separated by a hyphen: "Mike V - 293009428" for a name and an order number. If you only asked for one and you sent the request by email, it shows their name followed by their email address.
