Changelog

Approved files in the approval email, invites that name every reviewer, and all the feedback in one copy.

A smaller update than last time, mostly about the stretch after a proof goes out to your reviewers.

The approved files can come with the approval email. On Pro, go to Settings, find Notifications and tick Attach approved files to the approval email. When a request is approved, the files arrive attached next to the approval receipt, as long as they add up to less than 20 MB. Larger requests, and file types email cannot carry such as DWG, DXF and Revit, are named in the email and stay in File Approved for you to download. Any extra notification addresses you have added get the files too. The setting stays off until you turn it on.

Invites can list everyone else on the proof. When you send one proof to several reviewers and tick Let reviewers see who else is reviewing, each invite email now shows the other reviewers by name and address under Also sent to. Everyone still gets their own email with their own link, so you can still tell who opened, commented and approved. With the box left unticked, invites name nobody, as before. A customer whose client wanted every address on the notice asked for this one.

Copy all the feedback at once. Next to Export feedback as .md on your request page and on the team view, a new Copy all button puts the same report on your clipboard, so you can paste every comment straight into an email, a task or a doc. It follows the All, Selected file and Project filter the same way the export does, and it only says Copied once the text has really landed on your clipboard.

Quicker answers from the support chat. The chat in the lower right corner no longer leaves you watching a spinner for up to 25 seconds when one of its sources is slow. It moves on to the next one after a few seconds instead.
