Changelog

A cleaner set of icons, private links kept out of analytics, and a support chat that always offers a person.

A small update this time, mostly polish and privacy. Nothing here needs any action from you.

A cleaner set of icons. Every icon in File Approved, from the dashboard and the create form to the review page and the video player controls, now comes from one consistent set. Nothing has moved, and every button does what it did before.

Private links stay out of analytics. Review links, public view links, shared copies and your own request pages now send nothing to Google Analytics, and neither do links that carry a sign-in or password reset code. Your clients can open a proof without the link ever reaching Google.

The support chat always offers a person. The chat in the lower right corner sometimes turned away a real question about your account or a review as off topic. Now, when it cannot find the answer to a question about File Approved, it says so and offers to pass your question to a person.

A correction in the Help Center. The plan comparison article listed version history as a Pro feature. Version history has always been part of the Free plan, and the article now says so.
