Pro drops to $25/mo. The Pro plan is now $25 per month, down from $49. Same unlimited requests, same features, lower cost. Pro accounts include 5 TB of storage. Free accounts include 10 GB. Extra storage can be added to Pro in 1 TB blocks at $10/mo each.
Branded auth emails. Magic link and password reset emails now arrive with the full File Approved look and feel. Clean, consistent, and matching the rest of the product from the very first sign-in.
Reviewer confirmation badge. After submitting a comment, reviewers now see a green "Saved and sent" badge appear on that comment card for a few seconds. No more wondering whether the feedback went through.
File icon thumbnails in multi-file panel. PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, audio, and other non-video files now show the correct file-type icon in the thumbnail rail of a multi-file review, instead of a blank tile.
Creator attachment visibility. Reviewer-uploaded file attachments now appear on the request detail page on your dashboard, alongside the comment they belong to. Click to view or download any file a reviewer attaches to their comment.
Password reset rate-limit message. Requesting a reset too many times in a short window now shows a clear "Too many requests, please wait a minute" message instead of the previous false success confirmation.
